Since its inception in 2005, The CytRx Strike Out Lou Gehrig's Disease Tournament has grown to be the most successful charitable youth baseball tournament in the country, providing the players with the opportunity to help people suffering from Lou Gehrig's Disease by playing baseball. For every home run hit and strike out pitched money will be donated towards the fight against ALS. Your team can play their games knowing that are helping people suffering from this incurable disease.

In addition to three days of competitive baseball on great playing fields, your players and families are invited to be a part of our exciting Opening Day on Saturday, July 10th at nearby Pepperdine University in beautiful Malibu. Hosted by Natural Balance Pet Foods and PETCO, we promise you lots of fun, baseball clinics with former MLB pros, food and memorabilia booths, autographs, entertainment and exhibitions. All of this is capped-off with The Steve Garvey Celebrity Softball Classic. Visit our Opening Day page on this site for more information.
From the opening day kick-off event, throughout the tournament games, and finally culminating in an exciting championship day on Sunday July 18, your team will be a part of a tournament that's unlike any other in the country. This tournament sells out early so register now to guarantee your team an experience they won't soon forget.
