The mission of The CytRx Strike Out Lou Gehrig's Disease All-Star Invitational Tournament is to bring quality youth baseball teams together to compete at a premier baseball event while, at the same time, giving each participating player the self-esteem and satisfaction that comes from helping others.

For each strike out thrown and for every home run hit during the tournament, money will be donated towards the fight against Lou Gehrig's Disease.

The 4th Annual CytRx Strike Out Lou Gehrig's Disease All Star Invitational Tournament welcomes all Little League, PONY, and Cal Ripken All Star league teams, along with club teams from throughout Los Angeles, Ventura, Kern, San Bernardino, Santa Barbara and Riverside Counties. The divisions are 12u / 10u/ 8u, with each division having a maximum of 10 teams.

The tournament will be played in Thousand Oaks, CA at the Conejo Valley and Thousand Oaks Little League fields. The games will be run by Little League rules with supplemental Pony rules added for the tournament. There will be a 3 game minimum for all teams participating. The finals of the 12u Division are televised. Deposits are 100% refundable if your All Star team continues on during your league playoff tournament.
